What a Ride

We never thought that in our lifetimes we would drive a combine harvester, but today we did. Our kind neighbour Olivier invited us out for the drive of a lifetime, but we thought we’d be out for about an hour, but we didn’t get home until 8pm after leaving at 10am. We helped prep the harvester, harvest wheat and rapeseed and had a lovely lunch with Olivier and his family. You always see these things happen from a distance, but to be so close to the action and see how everything works was amazing. We can’t thank them enough for giving us a great day and a fantastic experience.

    1. Not a combine, but funnily enough he really fancies a tractor, but only when we've finished the house x
