A lounge to sit in, at last
Well, everything was going well until that last photo! We have moles but they are out in the field so are not a bother, plus we don't seem to have as many as you seem to have, possibly because our land does get waterlogged. Nice to have a room to sit in, nice to have lunch outside now it is warmer, nice to have cauliflowers growing in the veg plot, nice spring blossom, so all in all, everything is mostly OK!
Thankfully the moles are confining themselves to the field, but they are starting to creep towards the garden. The only plus, is that they make great soil to sprinkle on the garden x
It looks lovely, the lounge is great, I can see a very large cauliflower cheese on the menu. And moles you can do something about. xx
Sounds like a plan x
I think it must be the 'year of the mole'! We gave been overrun, both in the UK and France.Your sitting room looks really comfortable and everything seems to look up in the spring sunshine.
The sun definitely makes you feel better but brings the pesky moles out too x
Wow the lounge looks fantastic. We had a late lunch with friends yesterday on their verandah and it was really hot the sun, wonderful. Get your sheep and then maybe the moles will all follow them to the paddocks! They are all around us in the sheep paddocks, but other that than a short spell in our garden (they did not like the smoke bombs!) they seem to have gone back to the sheep. Hopefully it will stay that way! xx The cauliflowers love fabulous. xx
Maybe we'll have to get some sheep soon and put them in the far field :) x
Wow, Lounge looks wonderful, cosy - and homey. Srummy cauliflower. Now the moles, my friend Alison has a place in France - they have moles too, pop a few children's windmills in the ground, moles do not like the noise. Give it a try sis.xxxxxx
Thanks Nattie, we are still adding things to the lounge but its coming along. I like the windmill idea, we'll look out for those x
